Webp Anime Reaction images thread #2. Jahy-sama edition.

Workflow:
- Take 1080p anime screenshot in PNG.
- Crop it to 1:1 1080x1080 res (so it looks good on mobile and desktop)
- Resize it to 50% and feed it to the Resrgan upscaler using the Anime-HQ-W4xEX model (found on the waifu2x extension gui on github)
- Resize it to 50% again (ie back to 1080x1080), overall this significantly removes video compression artefacts and sharpens up blurry details.
- Convert to webp using these parameters in cwebp: -sharp_yuv -m 6 -pass 10 -psnr 45

1:1 1080x1080 is the goal but some might lose context so I'll get as close as I can to this but avoid going 16:9 since that doesn't look good on phones.

I'll try to keep these consistent except maybe 5. I'm using these parameters to optimize compression for Webp but there might be better ones.
- Take 1080p anime screenshot in PNG.
